Company email is very important for the course of company productivity in running a business. File submissions will be recorded in the log file. How to avoid this is by checking the e-mail header and tracing the digital signature.
3. Virus Infiltration: This is usually a result of carelessness of users who are less vigilant, the contents of emails are not checked because the firewall does not function in the application screen and tends to be directly attached for user convenience. Protection that can be used is to use an updated antivirus, do not allow email clients to run applications, do not open attachments that are not clear senders, and check viru on the mail server.
4. Spamming: That is sending random or random emails that are usually used for promotion and are not filtered by antivirus because email messages are read as normal emails. The fix can be done by setting the settings to not run open relay.
